Merry Christmas from Well North Functional Medicine

Dear Well North Functional Medicine family,

From the quiet calm of Christmas morning, I wanted to pause and say two simple, heartfelt words: Thank you.

Thank you for trusting me with your health this year; for showing up to appointments even when you were exhausted, for bravely trying new protocols, for texting me photos of your positive pregnancy test or photos of your newborns or the “I’m finally sleeping!” and “Thank you for listening.” Every small win you celebrated, I celebrated too.

Thank you to the moms who juggled school runs, work deadlines, and 9 p.m. supplements because you decided your family deserved for you to feel better. Thank you to the ones who started the year barely able to get out of bed and are now hiking with their friends or sleeping through the night for the first time in a decade. Thank you to my incredible patients who referred their friends and family members, left kind reviews, and shared their successes throughout this year. You are the reason I do this work.

And thank you to the wider community that holds us all (neighbors who check in, friends who drop off soup or share a mindful mocktail, family members who notice when you suddenly have more energy or look a little less stressed). Healing doesn’t happen in isolation, and we are so grateful to be part of a community that cares.

Today, whether you’re surrounded by noisy joy or sitting in gentle quiet, may you feel how far you’ve come this year. May there be laughter, rest, something delicious on the table, and at least one moment where you think, I am at peace.

We’ll be here when the decorations come down, ready to keep walking with you toward more energy, deeper sleep, fewer symptoms, and the kind of vibrant health that lets you live the life you were meant to live!

Merry Christmas!
Thank you for letting me be part of your health story this year and always.

With warmth and gratitude,

Alison
